I just installed a Corsiar h115i CLC and im looking to improve cooling capabilities and keep noise to a minimum without have to buy better fan (i know the stock fans are pretty trash). i know if I set the fan curve to monitor the cpu my temp will improve but the noise level will drastically increase. and I cant seem to find a good fan curve for this any suggestions?

as to my specs they are as follows:
i7 6700k (currently stock but will be doing some OC, want to hit around 4.7 - 4.9 if posible)
Corsair H115i 280mm CLC (stock fans)
Asrock Z170 Extreme 4 Motherboard
GTX 1060 6GB (I know I need an upgrade)
16GB EVGA DDR4 3000Mhz RAM
OCZ 480 GB SSD
Raidmax 750W PSU
Thermaltake Chaser MK-1 Case (I know it doesn't support my CLC but I managed to get it to fit...Kinda)

Fan config (since this is a cooling question)
Front: 1 X 200mm fan
Back: 1 X 140mm Airflow Fan
Side: 1 x 200mm fan
Bottom: 1 x 120mm Corsair fna( one that comes with their CLCs such as h100i)
Top: Corsair H115i 280mm rad with one fan in top back in pull config and one fan on the bottom front in push (only way it was going to fit in my case)

Solution
You can't do anything other than get better fans. Corsair stock fans are noisy there's no get around, if you adjust fan speed down then temp will go up. Get BeQuiet or Noctua if you want less noise.

Sorry what's your question? I see you already fitted all possible case fans, yes you will get better temp with better fans. Fans on radiator will be much more effective than case fans, you only need enough air moving through the case but you do need powerful force to push air through heatsink/radiator. So radiator fans are always more important.

I understand i need better fan, plan on getting some EK Vardar evo 140er fans for the rad, and a new case to hopefully properly fit the rad, and in general i have "upgrades" in the works. my question is since i have to have my fans on my rad configured in a staggered(Top: Corsair H115i 280mm rad with one fan in top back in pull config and one fan on the bottom front in push (only way it was going to fit in my case)) like arrangement is that hindering my temps in comparison to if i have then in a more normal configuration on the rad. if itd help with visualizing i can upload a pic and post a link
