Question Cpuz detects the additional ram that i have installed but my pc doesn't

so I'm using Hp 14s and Ryzen 5000 series laptop and I has 2 memory slots of 3200 Mhz speed I have installed an additional ram of 3200 Mhz of crucial. the strange thing is that my pc's bios + task manager doesn't detect that I have an additional ram installed but CpuZ does detect that I have 8 GB additional ram installed in slot 2 what should I do to fix this

Yes I have tried to install the ram again properly and correctly, the ram works fine in my other system​

Yes I have checked the compatibility of the ram. It is compatible with my system.​
