CPUZ is broken

I just discovered its not right tool to see your real voltage. I just changed my settings in asus bios from offset to manual and after few rebots cpuz still shows offset voltage while AI 3 shows correct voltage set in bios.

CPU-Z takes it directly from the CPU. AI3, the bios, and so many other things take the measurements from the management chip, which can be off by quite a bit because the voltages can change from resistors and capacitors between it and the CPU. Plus, while Asus does use pretty good quality components in most cases, their management chips are horrible.
I dont understand it, every program i install now(hwinfo, core info) shows me 1.36v jumping /adaptive voltage) while previous programs show 1.248... I think i need to do cmos... AGAIN. Fin asus crap motherboards, previously was reseting to defaults and voltages didnt want to reset, now they reset, but not all programs pick it up.
