CQ4010F - Processor Upgrade

I'd like to replace the Sempron LE-1300 CPU in my kids' CQ4010F. The documentation shows that the Narra5 motherboard only supports socket AM2+ processors and 95W max (see below). Can anyone make a recommendation on any of these? My kids mainly access YouTube, Roblox, Minecraft, but no heavy gaming. I've upgraded RAM to max (4GB), but the Sempron is pretty anemic. The CQ4010F came loaded with Windows 7 (64-bit).

AMD Phenom II Quad-Core
AMD Phenom II Triple-Core
AMD Phenom Quad-Core (A) 9xxx series (AM2+)
AMD Phenom Triple-Core (T) 8xxx series (AM2+)
AMD Athlon X4
AMD Athlon X3
AMD Athlon X2 (B) (AM2+)

I had a Phenom II x3 720 running on my grandsons narra 5 PC ( a compaq) for a number of years (4-5) and its happily still running fine in its new home as my win10 test box.

I wouldnt bother with the first gen Phenom or Athlons.
