Can I switch my 3V Lithium CR2032 CMOS Battery with a 3V Lithium C2025 Wrist Watch Battery?

I have a wrist watch with a 3V CR2025 Lithium Battery in it. And my (dead) CMOS battery on my motherboard is a 3V Lithium CR2032. Can I replace my CMOS battery with my wrist watch's battery?

The simple answer is please don't do that. Get the right battery for the job, regardless of the voltage.
