Crack motor block leaking oil I have it at shop but wondering is it fixable

Typically a cracked block is fatal but we'd definitely need more info to know

Honestly, it's too general a question to answer. Sometimes, if a crack is in just the right place and easy to access, it can be welded, at least temporarily. But more often than not, a cracked engine block, especially if coolant and oil are mixing, means a new engine.

Where's the crack at? How big? Sometimes they can be repaired, but chances are you will need a new engine.
