Cracking noise when i lag

Everytime i play a game, whether it be DOTA 2 or if im playing SA-MP i would experience lag. I have lowered all setting to the bare minimum, still get lag. Whilst this lag occurs, i experience a crackiling noise (The kind of noise that happens when you put an audio jack from the speaker into your phone whilst playing music). This lag occurs every few seconds, maybe every 10 seconds if i am lucky. While browsing the net or just listening to music my music doesnt lag, nor does the crackling noise happen.

What are the total system specs? Also try removing all the audio devices from the system and then run the game.

nivida GeForce gtx 7602gb, i5-4690 35 32bit, MSI Z97M Gaming LGA 1150, got windows 7, im using a razor kraken as a headset, not sure what else you need to know

Well quick google searches led me to that DOTA 2 is optimized not so greatly and causes lag, sound stutter under heavy server load and SA-MP also has lag fixes found all over the internet. I suggest try any other game mainly single player and see if you experience the same problem i think this problem you are facing is mainly because of game's optimization.

The noises are souly around games, im watching youtube now and im lagging ever so slightly, yet still crackling noises. Could it be my razor kraken headset? Its only 1 year old

Yeah it could be, headset. I had a 5 headset in previous year and 3 of them had been causing this. You can try mobile headset and see if you still hear crackling noises.
