hello....i have a problem with HP Pavilion laptop (approx 5 years old)....the sound starts crackling in laptop speakers after 10-15 minutes while listening something ,but with usb connected headphones all is ok....i did refresh install of windows yesterday but problem persists
and in taskmanager when i close the "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" then the crackling goes away but comes back after some time

The other problem is that from time to time laptop totally freezes and nothing helps only force shutdown by holding down laptop power button and start again......i had "amd adrenaline edition" on before, then the laptop wasnt freezing much
freezing also occurs after newly installed windows
i use Windows 11

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I would first start with making sure your laptop's BIOS is on the latest version. Following that, I would backup any and/or all mission critical data, recreate your bootable USB installer for Windows 11, then reinstall the OS in offline mode. Once you've finished installing your OS, manually install all relevant drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Yes, you should download the latest drivers for your laptop prior to formatting and reinstalling the OS.

Can you pass on the model/SKU for your HP Pavilion laptop?

yes thank you

my laptop is an HP Pavilion 15-cw1000ny
Bios and drivers are updated

before win11 i had win10 which came with purchase, later when win11 came available in windows update i installed it, but as i remember correctly laptop froze with win10 also.

yes maybe i have to look into bootable usb and install all over, altough i dont know how to make bootable usb installer.

all worked good for years, freezing started last autumn and the sound crackle this year
