Question Crackling noise from new build?

I've had my build a little over a week now and it's been running like a dream. I switched it on today and I am hearing this very faint crackling noise. When I open the side case I can't pin point where it is?

Could it be the HDD writing and is this normal?

I can't really tell its just a crackling noise, its driving me insane.

It sounds like it's coming from the H115i corsair radiator.

It’s mounted on the top of the case. I tightened one of the screws on the fan and that seems to do the trick but the screw was already tight.

I just don’t understand how it’s fixed it when the screw was already tight

The noise keeps coming back. But when I stop the fan, the noise disappears so it must be the fan.
