Hello World,
This is my first post on Tom's Hardware forum. I recently installed Ubuntu 18.04 as i wished to learn the Linux OS. I was impressed with Ubuntu 18.04 and am seriously considering to use it as my daily driver. However a few days later i noticed that my speakers were making a crackling noise while playing audio. Thinking that it was a driver related issue, i reverted back to Windows 10. But the issue still persists. I have the latest drivers installed from the manufacturers website. Also my laptop wifi started dropping. When i move the laptop lid up and down, the wifi connection reappears.
Should this be a cause for concern?. Or should i get it serviced immediately. Please note my laptop is out of warranty. All help is appreciated.
