Question Crackling sound from PC ?

I have a brand new PC, built 3 weeks ago and suddenly some crackling/sizzling sound started to appear a few days ago.
The sound seems to come from behind the black fan, the other fans are ok.

Power Supply: Inaza Fusion, 80+ Gold, 700W
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B560M-K
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz
RAM: 16GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
OS: Windows 10

it may be the edges of the fan blades are hitting the black wire to the right of the fan as seen in the second video. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/iLIGKclJJvs
