Anyone knows what could cause the crackling sound somewhere in the area where the CPU is?

Below is a short clip. Please set your sound at max to hear it.

While doing this video, cpu and case fans were off. Only PSU fan were spinning at minimal speed. I placed the phone behind the motherboard around the area where the CPU is to record this crackling sound.

I noticed this crackling back in august when I installed new cpu cooler (be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4). Yesterday I've got a new PC case, assembled everything and this crackling sound has become more loud than before.

So, what could be the cause of this? Like I said, it's not the fans. Screws maybe? But doesn't sound like it. Could thermal grease cause it? Maybe I used too much?

Or maybe this sound is normal and I'm just overreacting?
