Hey guys! Thank you so much for all the help you guys have given me these last few weeks! It's be a life saver!

I've ordered all the parts for my first build (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1n9a5), and am now waiting for the last piece to come (the fans). But now that I'm reading the reviews on my case (you can tell I'm really exited to get going) I see that there is a new review talking about not enough space.

It reads:

"Pros: Great airflow potential.
Bottom mounted psu that you can place with the fan up or down.
Looks sexy!
Built to last.
holds full Atx boards perfectly!

Cons: WARNING! can not fit a HYPER 212 evo it says it has a 160mm clearance but that's with out the cpu instaled... now I gotta cut holes into the side panel(i was going to any way)

Other Thoughts: with out that flaw with the clearance its a great case for the 49.99 its better then some 100$cases Iv'e purchased."

That's my exact same cpu cooler! If I do need to cut a hole in my case how does that work! I really don't want a big hole in the side of my case!

Holy cow (pun intended)! Thank you so much for all you help so far, and thank you for your recommendations now!

Solution
From the NZXT site:
CPU Heatsink Support 160mm

The EVO is 159mm. So you're 'probably' OK.

The overall case width is 195mm. So your reviewer appears to be talking out his nether regions.
Get it...if it doesn't fit, RMA and get something else.

But I'd believe NZXT over some random review.
