Craphics card? please help

can anybody help me i bought a pc last year with a integrated graphics card a HD 6370D
im new to pc gaming. an wood like to put a graphics card in my computer
the pc is a hewlett packard
model p6-2200ea
processer amd e2-3200 apu with radeon(tm) hd graphics
ram 4 gig
is there anything i can do to get better graphics or do i need a better computer.thanks

A good video card is going to be bottlenecked by that CPU.

my cpu is only 2.40 ghz does that make any difference?

It should work. But just to be on the safe side, upgrade your PSU as well.
