Crappy psu? help wanted.

Im considering buying this psu:

ULTRA XFINITY ULT-XF600 600W ATX Switching Power Supply Unit (PSU) 600-Watt
For about $30. This is what i need, I was going to upgrade my psu so i can upgrade my gpu and this has enough watts, is this a good psu? or is it a crappy rip off.

it is a very crappy psu and it falls under tier 4 so i would definitely recommend you grab a more reliable psu...what are your specs?

intel i7-2600 3.4 ghz 16 gigs of ram, r9 270x, im upping my gpu to a r9 270x soon, and can a 550w power supply work for that card?

The 550 can handle it and it is impossible to beat it at that price.
