Crash after a bluescreen

Hello,
in the last few month I had several bluescreens. They come quite irregular, but about one every one to two weeks. Most of the time it is a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error.
However a weird thing occured after the last two bluescreens. Windows gathered information about the bluescreen, but it never restarts when it is done so I have to do it manually. After I restarted my PC, it was really slow (openine Tabs in Chrome took a long time etc.) after a short time of about 2 minutes the PC suddenly shut down with the screen turning black and the power being off.
Both times everything was fine after I restarted the PC again.
Does anyone has a clue of what might be causing the bluescreens?
Here some additional info:

Do you happen to have a copy of the dump file? (Either the smaller one in \Windows\Minidump or the bigger one in \Windows\MEMORY.DMP [a file])?

*oof, I wasn't typing.
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT is usually indicative of problems with the RAM. Try running a program called "Memtest x86". If any red errors appear then your RAM is bad.

It may have to do with the fact that your RAM, with a standard clock of 3000 MHz has been underclocked to 2133 MHz

Yeah I did 4 runs without errors. But maybe it is because of the underclocking.. I'll try that :) thx
