Question Crash and Freeze while being in games, Help

I have a problem the last two days. I'm trying to play any game on my pc, starting from League of Legends to Call of Duty MW and my computer continues to do the same. Crashing and Freezing after some minutes and game and finally kicking me out. I did some tests yesterday on GPU and CPU and as I checked from CMD, my hdd and nvme seems to be ok. The issue began suddenly, after the last COD MW update. Any ideas?
My synthesis:
Ryzen 7 2700x
Gigabyte Gtx 1660 super triple fan
G skill Ripjaws 16gb 3200mhz
Aorus b450 Pro
Thermaltake smart rgb 600w

My psu is not over 1,5 year old
My boot drive also is a nvme, Kingston A2000 250gb
And I have my games and other apps in a Hdd, WD Blue 1tb 7200rpm
Nvme has 154gb free space and my Hdd about 600gb free space.
