I installed the with a usb stick . I downloaded and create a bootable media via the windows guide .
Image Version 10.0.18363.778 100% the restore operation completed succesfully

i cant run memtest cause it get stuck at testing multiprocessors support i run windows memory tool and got no problem
drive scan found no errors.
i dont have much knowledge in pc harware or software . i asked for windows help and their response was that ''This bug check is normally related to physical hardware failures. It can be heat related, defective hardware, memory or even a processor that is beginning to fail or has failed. For this, we highly recommend contacting your manufacturer to fix the issue ''
tnx a lot for all you time to respond and the help you give me.
