Crash DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL caused by CI.dll

Hi, guys. My windows 8 laptop has been crashing fairly frequently (once every two or three days), and I finally looked in this error.
I read the minidump and this is the information I got:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Caused by driver CI.dll
Caused by Address CI.dll+f36949
Crash address ntoskrnl.exe+14f8a0

I googled around, but I tend to very weary of what I do on the computer (it's barely three-months-old), so I would greatly appreciate if anyone could give me a solid course of action.

#1 cause is bad drivers, so update all your drivers. If it continues after that, check the memory using memtest86 or similar software
