Crash Dump

Hi Guys!

I am using Windows 7 OS.

I was looking at Disk Management and it says Healthy (Boot, Page File, Crash Dump, Primary Partition)

My Questions:
What exactly is Crash Dump.I never saw that before.
Is it something alarming or got something to do with crashing of my Hard Disk?
How can I analyze Crash Dump. I don't know where the files are located.
Do I need to Format my Hard Disk? If yes, how do I go about that??

When ever windows gets a BSOD, it dumps a log file. This is the drive the log file gets dumped to. This article should also pertain to windows 7.
