Hi all, today I was trying to upgrade from a 2600x to 5600x with my ROG B450-F Gaming motherboard. I had to update the BIOS to support the 5600x so I used Asus' EZ Update. The update started but the PC suddenly crashed and now it doesn't boot at all. I have downloaded the BIOS CAP file to a USB stick and am booting expecting it to run the recovery but still nothing. I've removed and refitted the CMOS battery. I've tried the USB in all available ports. I'm really stuck now and have no idea how to fix this, anything at all is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have any access to the BIOS at all? Are you able to access the ASUS Crashfree BIOS 3 menu as described in section 3.11.3 of the manual? You should not need any USB stick for this.

Nope nothing on my displays whatsoever. I've even got one plugged into the motherboard HDMI just incase but nothing whatsoever, so I was inserting the USB in the hope that it would trigger a recovery :(
