Crash error when playing games

when ever i play a game this error pop's up after a few minutes
does anyone know what it means.

The error refers to a graphics driver crash.

Check with AMD's website to see if you're running the latest graphics driver. Update if needed. If you're already running the latest driver, then re-install the driver.
