Crash help pls

So I keep getting full pc crashes but today it got worse so it crashes as usual I reboot go back to pubg crashes again then it doesn't reboot so I press the power button and it's orfaly quite turns out none of my fans are on expt Psu and case fans (also hard drive) we really connected the tightly wired four pin and did the same thing I think is the mobo but all my parts are band new from Christmas except cpu and ram and hard drive
