Question Crash: Monitor drops out, fans at full speed (Gigabyte Z370)?

Hi all,

Specs of my computer below. I've had a situation for about a year now, where my monitor suddenly drops out and all of my fans spin at full speed. The computer keeps running. It occurs various load levels (word processing only to 3D games). The temperatures of the CPU are fine. I've RMA'd the motherboard and graphics card, tried different monitors and graphics cards, different cables, tested the memory and different BIOS and GPU drivers. The only thing that temporarily fixes the problem is resetting the CMOS. Any suggestions on how to debug? Since the computer does not restart, there are no events recorded.

Thanks in advance.

Honuboy.
