crash on startup windows 7

When I start my lenovo Y550 laptop, on the windows logo it crashes and restarts again. I do not know where is my windows 7 CD installer and I don't have other Laptops

it should have a recovery partition if you want to reload windows

should be a key near the power button to do it

on startup keep tapping F8 and run in safe mode to see if it loads up.

If not tap f8 on startup and find the option repair your computer, repair your computer may take a couple of hours to complete.

When i format/reformat it the crash is still their 🙁

if you reload windows and it still crashes then its likely to be a hardware fault
