To start off, here are my computer specs, straight from Speccy:

Getting this out of the way, here's a screenshot of my computer specs from Speccy:

The current problem I'm experiencing is difficult to explain, so far it is only occurring when I'm watching something on Netflix (via my Chrome browser). I put the word, 'Crash', in quotation marks because there is not an actual error or readout showing me what my problem is.

I have a four screen setup at the moment, The past three times I have tried watching something on Netflix, my computer will simply stop working. Each screen will show a solid color, different per screen. Going from left to right: black, brown, white, brown. I cannot click out of this, Alt+Tab'ing yields no results, I cannot open my task manager with CTRL+Shift+ESC, even a shell interrupt with CTRL+ALT+Delete does nothing. I am forced to hard reboot my PC by holding the power button. I can't even use the restart button.

The thing that drives me crazy is that I can't find anything pertaining to this error. There is nothing conclusive in my event log and there is no crash dump/minidump being made, so I'm thinking it's some kind of crazy hardware issue. But it also could be a driver issue.

What's even weirder is that my PC handles other stuff perfectly. I can run benchmarks without problems, all of my games play smoothly, my programs compile without issue (besides my bad code); everything except watching Netflix.

This happens on other browsers besides Chrome.

Now, I consider myself a fairly advanced user. I'm pretty decent at Google-fu, and I'm great at troubleshooting, but I'm at a loss for what to try next. Can someone please point me in another direction?

Other threads that sort of match my issue:

I checked my disks with CrystalDiskInfo, everything is fine. I know it isn't 100% accurate, but I don't think any disks are currently dying/about to fail

Solution
make sure your sliverlight plug in is up to date. make sure you have the flash/java to html5 player plug in and other html5 plug in loaded. most vendors have jumped ship from java/flash to html5. a lot of the newer browser wont let java run. nvidia and amd have had issues with the gpu drivers, try using a drive cleaner and the newest driver. also look in nexflix set up see if hardware acceleration turned on or off. if it on try turning it off.
