Crashed acer laptop

My Acer aspire crashed when downloading Windows 10 I have windows7 now I get a screen saying media failure and reboot with device or disc which I don't have also screen will not move from this and buzzes when I press any keys and I have no cursor to DoD

I need to reboot my acer lap top.

On-screen it says "boot with device or disk" which I don't have.

Screen will not move from this and when i press any key it buzzes.
