Crashed Windows, now I can only boot from my USB drive

I went to install drivers for my new printer, computer crashed and stopped outputting to the display. I restart, Windows logo pops up, crashes before getting past the load screen. No way to start it in safe mode. I pull out my old USB I used to put Windows on, I use Startup Repair. Says nothing is wrong (or that it can fix). Ok, so I just repair Windows back. Wait for it to finish, restart, boot from my SSD and still crashes at the logo. I can still access my SSD, it just refuses to load. In addition, the only way my computer starts from the USB drive is in safe mode. Is there anything I can do aside from a complete fresh reinstall?
