Crashes after 15 minutes?

Hi everyone, my laptop has suddenly decided to crash.

When I say crash, I mean every program doesn't respond, keyboard shortcuts don't work, (Ctrl Shift Esc, Ctrl Alt Del) BUT I can move around the cursor, which is stuck on the rotating circle.

System restore, startup repair hasn't done anything.

Does it still crash if you're in safe mode?
Also, i would try disabling all your non-essential startup programs with msconfig and see if that helps.
