Hi, have r5 1600 and asrock ab350m, in many games have crashes. Thinking about bios update, current ver is P5.00
Which new version i should download? P5.90? Thanks.

According to asrock, the newest bios version is 6.2 when they added support for 3rd gen Ryzen XT series cpu's and up to DDR4-4000 ram.

it may not be your bios, your PSU and temps might have more to do with it.
so it may help to eliminate other causes. you may want to list your other components

assume you didn't upgrade directly to 5.00 but went thru the intermediate updates in the correct sequence.
