Question Crashes And freeze while gaming

Hi Everyone
for some reason Lately i was getting some freeze while gaming ( Buzzing sound with no video output) and sometimes Game crashes (Specially when i alt tab a game and wait for couple of minute)
i did couple of Msi kumboster GPU benchmark and find no crashes just when alt tabbing the program or minimizing it for more than 6m
I did DDU the gpu and reinstall window but still having the issue

Recommend to try other PSU. That PSU may have problem to handle the rx590, even it is the 650W.

I already changed from FSP 500W to this one, the previews PSU had a problem Starting heavy games, (caused Weird Crashes ). well damn if that was the problem, any recommendation for the PSU? i really dont know what brand should i change to...

1. Did you oc the cpu? if yes, try to reset it , or don't oc too much.
2. Tweak the GPU with MSI afterburner, like the power limit, speed, voltage, etc.
3. Test the RAM with memtest86 https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm

Also if you oc the RAM, reset it too.
4) Update the chipset driver, or the MB bios too.

5) If you oc the r5 3600, you should get a good brand 600W PSU at least, I don't know where you will buy the PSU, but like the good brand PSU like the SeaSonic, EVGA , EVGA , Corsair , Antec , etc.

1- yes but for exta 200mhz
2- i remember once i set the power limit to max and got one crash like the on i had on 500w Psu
3- i did a test yesterday and didn't find any problem
4- no i didn't oc the ram, planing to upgrade it to 3600mhz this month
5- tbh most of the retailers on my city sell Thermaltek. FSP and intech, Never saw evaga or corsair
