crashes at gaming and then fails at startup. 6pin connector to gtx 1070, no fan.

Help me fix my gaming pc plz.

specs:
gpu: zotac gtx 1070 mini
psu: rombutech MP-700p
i7 7700k
msi z270 pro
2x2400 mzh 8gb
case: bequiet 600

I have bought a now defective gaming pc (after 6 months 1st crash), but I am a pc noob and I can not contact the seller.

the crash event
normally during gaming, the pc crashes with audio and video fixed on last moment before the crash. Then I power bottom restart. At restart sometimes it tries to start for 0.5s then shuts down, for several time, but eventually it starts. Few times after the crash the led VGA on the motherboard ez debug was on and pc frozen at restart black sceen. Normally blue screens or freeze. I repeat the restart process few time and eventually it starts normally. I can use the pc up to few days gaming perfectly (witcher 3 ultra 1440p 60pfs). Then it crashes again, normally on gaming, 1 time in netflix.

hardware remarks and tests
1. the bequit600 front intaking fan is not working. I ran some burn gpu tests: furmark and another one: gpu temp 76 Celsius, performance in line with other people results.
Can this be the problem?

2. the zotac gtx 1070 mini is connected by a 6pin connector only (with 3 black cables and 3 yellow). The seller connected it in this way.
Can this be the problem?
The psu has some free cables: 2pin with 2 black cables connector and 2pin with 4 black and 6 pin with 5 black and 3 yellow. I also have a 2x6pin to 8pin adapter not used.

3. There is some laud nosy from one of these: psu, gpu fan or gpu pin connector. Is like electric noise or a fan touches a thread noise. The gpu fans look ok. The noise starts when games start and it disappears as soon as the crash occurs but is there before the crash.


I will probably visit a local electronic repairer but any help is really appreciated so that I can understand if what he says is reasonable and what he can do.

I didn't know there were 1070 cards that only required a 6 pin, I thought a single 8 pin was the minimum. The 6 pin that's plugged in, is it plugged into an 8 pin socket? If it is, use an 8 pin PCI-e plug, has 3 yellow and 5 black wires.

Update, I see it comes with a dual 6 pin to 8 pin adaptor....is this connected and if so are there 2 X 6 pin connectors plugged in? If not, either use a proper 8 pin into the card, or use 2 x 6 pin into the adaptor.

Also it has a 6 pin with 5b 3y (in the post i mistakenly said 6y 6b) which is unused. I have a 2x6 pin to 8 pin adapter. Should i just plug the 6pin 3b 3y and the 6pin 5b 3y in?

if you have one of these then you need no adapters

6+2 , you pinch it together then plug it in to the card directly

this is highly suspect, from its specs its garbage, NEVER cheap out on your power supply



I would test your setup with a good reviewed power supply asap

Thank you for your reply. I am contacting a repair service. Should they be able to check the PSU in my home, or should I take the pc at their place?

The PC crashes rarely I am afraid they won't encounter the problem and therefore are unable to fix it.
