Crashes persist after removing overclock?

Hi I have an xfx rx 570 4gb gpu today I overclocked my gpu to 10% and it was stable I tested it many times on multiple applications. Then I was playing wolfenstein 2 and turned down my graphics and crashed to a tv static type screen. I removed the overclock and it's still happening if I close wolfenstein and reopen it or open task manager while in any game. Please help! Can't afford new parts :c but if I have to i need to know soon!

I'm also getting half the frames that I was getting before I tried the oc
