Question Crashes without BSOD: Is the need to rebuild my mirrored drive the symptom or the cause?

I have a Dell Opti 755 MT running Win 7 which has started rebooting regularly (within 10-20 minutes) without any BSOD.

It seemed to get a lot worse after going from 6GB to 8GB RAM, so I assumed it was an inadequate PSU, given it is running 3 x 2GB drives (two are mirrored), 250Gb SSD for the system, CD/DVD drive and a Radion HD 2600XT. I assumed it had the original PSU so swapped it out for a 500W one...only to discover it already had an AeroCool Bronze 500W PSU

Both the drives in the mirror are only a few months old and identical as one of the old ones started failing earlier this year. It has rebooted dozens of times in the past couple of days and for the second time I have been asked to rebuilt the RAID. It's doing it right now or I'd post error logs. My question is: Are the two RAID rebuilds a symptom of my problem or the cause?

I have run MemTest and AV scans without any issues . The GPU seems to be around 65 degrees typically and I'm not aware of any excessive CPU temperatures. Ran Furmark but stopped it after temp exceeded 90. I have noticed that sometimes videos on Facebook posts are distorted and often green. Do you think it could still be the graphics card?

Any suggestions until I get the RAID rebuilt and can post error logs? However, I recall seeing a number of Event Viewer messages saying kernel power 41 (63). Does that give any clue?

Well, it seems to be a RAM issue despite it passing MemTest. So far, so good after changing some cheapo Amazon Komputerbay RAM. Should have read the negative comments as a couple of Dell owners had issues.

Also swapped out the SATA RAID cables which cured a RAID rebuild message but again the RAID passed SeaTools long and short tests, so go figure.

Hmm, false alarm :-( It's still crashing. Updated all the drivers including re-installing video card drivers.

RAID rebuild message back again. Replacing the SATA RAID card since they are cheap.

Running a PC analyser card to see if that comes up with anything. Seems OK so far running stability test.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

PC analyser and PSU tester show nothing.

Here's the Event Viewer log: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hQL5vda0pzANPw4UwGju0y596vLheGGT/view?usp=sharing

I note Critical Errors relating to USB so I deleted all unused USB drivers:

This driver responded slower than expected to the resume request while servicing this device:
Driver File Name : \Driver\usbuhci

I'm also seeing some relating to JMicron JMB36X RAID Driver. I have the latest driver. I wonder if I'm on the right track with replacing the SATA RAID card?

Ran Passmark BurnIn. No errors. Not even on the mirrored RAID which still needs rebuilding.

I note that although the Hynix RAM was bought as a pair, they seem to be different part numbers and speed. Is that an issue? That said, I still had lots of crashes when I replaced those with the Komputerbay RAM. New RAM should arrive tomorrow with the replacement SATA RAID card
