Crashing and loud buzzing

I'm getting a loud buzzing coming from what would appear to be the mobo but i'm not positive. But as of late when i attempt to play a game that ranges from the witcher 3 to world of tanks. That's what happens the buzzing starts, then loss of frame rate from time to time but it always ends in a blue screen crash. I've stress tested the majority of my pc to attempt to find the problem.

it sounds like a capacitor whine. try turning on V-sync in the game to see if it fix the noise for you.
