Crashing During Driver Install for XFX R7 360

I recently finished building my own personal computer and got everything else installed correctly and working just fine then when I went to install the drivers provided by XFX for my graphics card it got about half way done and then crashed my computer. After rebooting this time using on-board graphics card it worked fine (only displayed a black screen through the graphics card). I have also tried downloading the drivers directly from AMD but that did not work either. I have already tried uninstalling the integrated graphics drivers and then installing the XFX drivers but still resulted in a full crash.
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
My system specs are:
OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i3 6100 3.7GHz
Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming Pro
Memory: G.Skill 16Gb (2x8gb)
Hard Drives: 120Gb Kingston SSD 2tb Seagate
Graphics card: XFX R7 360 Redline Series
Power Supply: EVGA Supernova NEX650G
Other Cards: DGX Xonar Sound Card Rosewill Wireless Adapter

Tutorial for proper driver installation.

1-Load windows with only your primary graphics card plugged in.
2-Disable any and ALL anti-virus/malware protection.
3-Download and Run the latest drivers from AMD.com (Omega drivers do not have Uninstall built in, you have to do it through add/remove, which is okay)
3.5. AMD now has a nice Uninstall tool which should work as a better alternative- http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
4-Choose to Uninstall/express (may not be available in newest version, download an older version) the existing drivers, and AMD folder
5-Restart the computer.
6-Disable any and ALL anti-virus/malware protection.
7-Run the latest drivers from AMD.com
8-Choose to Install/Express the drivers
9-Restart. Confirm settings are working in windows.
10-Shutdown and add 2nd/3rd cards for Xfire.
11-Respond to this ticket if you have any further questions
** If you have nvidia drivers on your computer, you might need to run the Uninstall feature of Nvidias driver as well.

During the install of the drivers I got a blue screen that said "Thread Stuck in Device Driver"
I have ran both the program from AMD and DDU on all brands of drivers to uninstall them (in safe mode). I had the drivers installed at one point but every time I tried to open into Windows the screen would be receiving a signal but would only display black and the computer would be unresponsive.

Just to update you and see if you can help me farther as it has gotten better since last update that I gave, currently the graphics card is running stably in the system with (and the install of Driver Version 16.6.1 was successful). The only thing that failed to install correctly was the Display Driver which I though was odd, but other than that it seems to be working okay and stably only that if I try to run a simple game such as Team Fortress 2 or the likes of that I would only get 10 frames or below. Included are some screen shots of DxDiag and Device Manager. Would you still like me to open an xfx support ticket if that would streamline this process?

Hello, it looks like you're running off the onboard graphics and the XFX graphics card still produces no display, correct? How is the monitor hooked up? did you remember to plug in the 6pin power connector? is that the most recent bios for your motherboard?

I am running through the graphics card for display without the AMD display driver installed I have the monitor running out of the DVI port on the card with the VGA converter that came with it, I also have a second monitor set up that is coming out the HDMI slot (both running out of the XFX graphics card). After checking on MSI's website and on my system the newest BIOS is installed. The 6-pin power connector is plugged into the card and the fans on the card are spinning just fine.

This like you're just having a driver installation failure and we cant pinpoint the cause. Does the GPU take drivers in another system? Try to install the drivers via controlpanel>devicemanager>display adapters, right-click on the graphics card, choose "Update driver software" then specify the c:\amd folder.

After doing like you suggested it now has the correct driver but it has an error sign when I go to device manager. Also when I try to open AMD settings I get an error message. All these things are displayed in these images. http://imgur.com/a/RIjyi

First register the serial #, then try to make a ticket. if the drop down is empty, you dont have anything registerred to the account. There should be extra large blue font explaining that in the same window.
