Crashing during windows 10 install

Running a x470 gaming pro with a ryzen 5 2600x
With a 980 GTX
Ddr4 corsair 2x8 at 2400MHz

Just trying to get the OS installed but cant even do that.

is the drive you are installing to and old HDD or is it a new drive?
or is it an SSD?

Is the USB drive you are using to install Windows one that you created just recently as you built the PC or is it an older one that was created a while ago?

No a brand new ssd. Got the install to work on 1 stick of ram. Does that mean my other stick is bad?

Memtest runs before windows boots so it won't harm anything. Just download/set up.boot media for it before you add the additional stick.
