crashing GPU noisy

hi guys... my pc recently started to make a hell lot of noise and gpu is overheating so every time i try to play a game it make that crazy voice like 50 f-16 flying rigth above ur head and after it crashes..... i checked and cleaned for dust and i now just change the thermal paste but still same thing..... coller works ... wtf is going on??

Need more details, list system specs, brand/model of the video card, power supply.

So the fans work normally? Does the card actually overheat, you checked temps with HWMonitor or some utility? If you remove the card or try another one things work?
