Question Crashing in Siege and csgo and only 130 fps in minecraft

Lately my csgo and siege have been crashing out of no where. In cs I noticed it was common to crash in the buy menu, but could happen at anytime in the game. So far I've tried reinstalling drivers, trying older drivers, everything that has to do with properties (that was suggested online and YouTube), and of course reinstalling the game. I even tried reinstalling windows just in case it had something to do with my windows, but no luck. Although I did find someone on YouTube claiming that they fixed it by limiting the cpu a bit, I feel I shouldn't have to do that but if it comes down to it I guess I don't really have another choice. If anyone has suggestions or ideas on fixes please let me know because this whole situation is getting really frustrating.

Edit: just realized that the bench doesnt have my psu...
