Looks like your graphics card is screaming like a banshee,
you may need to invest in a new one.

Turn down your game settings,

Does it still crash ?
i cannot invest on another one, it's completely new besides there are others who is having same cpu and gpu and still getting perfect results.

My current bios version is f50 and there is a update available on gigabyte website that is f51, should i update it, also because my games are crashing so my question is that if you don't update your bios, would it lead to crashing of game?

Not really. You should only update your bios because you have to.

Crashing in games can be because your CPU and/or GPU is overheating or just faulty.
Or the games have faults.

PC Specs?

First thing first my pc includes
CPU:ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: RX 570 8gb
motherboard: b450 ds3h
PSU: Corsair V2 450w
ram: 16gb 3200mhz
the problem being here is that whenever I start playing games, it crashes to desktop without any error message and during playing one of the games for eg when I started playing far cry 5, I checked my performance tab in task manager there I checked my CPU usage was under 30% and my GPU was at 100%, is it a problem of bottlenecking???? please guys help me what should I do??

I'm not sure if it's the cause of the problem, but I think your PSU is not strong enough to run a RX570.

I'd say your GPU is overheating. Can you use Afterburner to establish a custom fan curve that will make the GPU fans spin faster with temperature?
