Crashing on low OC .. gtx 1060 g1 gaming ?

Just bought a new GPU its the gigabyte gtx 1060 g1 gaming 6gb ...
Trying to OC the card using MSI Afterburner, but it keeps crashing

here are the setting I crashed in:
Core Voltage: +10
Power limit: 111
Temp Limit: 92
Core Clock: +85
Mem Clock: +250
Fan speed: 65%

the weird thing is that i'v been reading a lot of people OC this exact GPU way more than what i have and they are fine....

what am I doing wrong ?

PC:
i7-3370
MOBO: dell optiplex 9010
ram = 12 gb

You do realize it's an OC edition!? It will be pretty much maxed already. Very little room to maneuver. To be honest, having the extra heat and noise for what can be 5% increase in performance just isn't worth it.

Run it on stock and enjoy it.

every gpu is different just because you read some other people can do it doesn't mean you can too.
And are you using the dell psu?
