Question Crashing problem

So I just built my first gaming pc April 20th roughly a month ago and starting this week on exactly Monday my games keep crashing over and over I bought everything brand new I really don’t know what it could be can somebody help and when it crashes it’s like rainbow textures with white dots I can hear my friends for about 5 sec them my pc restarts Ive done everything anybody can possibly think of
