A few days ago i re-overclocked my CPU because I got a new GPU and i wanted to do it right this time. Everything went nice and well got the CPU to almost 4.5GHz after 20Hours of stability test with aida64. So i thought this time its ok and it wont crashed on me while gaming. Day later I started playing Battlefield 4 and for an hour or so everything went good and then it crashed(BSOD).

Specs:
CPU-i7 4770K
MB- Asus Sabertooth z87
Cooling - Corsair H115i
Ram - 16GB 1866MHz(G.skill ares)
GPU- GTX 1070 XTREME Gaming
PSU - Corsair rm750

BSOD- whea_uncorrectable_error

Solution
I had the same issue when using Aida64 for I switched to OCCT. However, no matter which software you use - the real life stability testing (running the applications/games you use) is what counts. Like Verbrannt said, up your vcore or lower your clock.

Usually a 0.010V bump in Vcore will do the trick as long as your temps are still staying below 80C
