Hello whenever my gf is playing games like Overwatch 2 or It takes 2 (not sure what these have in common tho) often happens that her system "crashes", goes black screen but can see fans and pc still going on.
It doesn't crash instead when playing games like League Of Legends
Looking through Event Logs I found out multiple errors called "nvlddmkm" with description being
"\Device\Video3
Error occurred on GPUID: 2600
00000000020030000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000"
So I thought that was something GPU related but I couldnt understand what could be the issue.
I eventually downloaded a CSV version of this error and pasting it HERE on GDrive.
Is there anyone who know what could be causing this or any eventual fixes?
Someone on Microsoft forum suggested me the usual remove all drivers and reinstall them operations but I'm not sure that's the cause.
System specs are in this screenshot HERE with the GPU being a Nvidia rtx 3060ti
(not sure on the custom if it is any custom because the PC is a pre-built from megaport)
Edit : I've read im not the only one with this issue tho but I haven't really read of any solution around the internet
