Question Crashing while trying to stream

My specs are

Ryzen 9 watercooled
X570 tomahawk
2x16 gb crucial ballistix ram
5700xt Radeon

I start to stream call of duty and I can play for a little. But the whole time my stream is laggy And eventually my pc crashes. I don’t know why. Can someone help me out please?

By crash are kicked to desktop GUI or does the system reboot? Does the issue crop up on other titles? Does the issue occur when only gaming?

Please include your system's specs like so:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Case:
OS:

include your watercooling hardware as well. Also, check and see which BIOS version you're on for your MSI motherboard.

It reboots and it only happens while I’m streaming. Specs:

Gpu: msi Radeon 5700xt
Mobo:x570 tomahawk
Storage: WD 1 tb m.2 and WD 3 tb hdd
Cooler:deep cool 360 aio
Fans: 6 deep cool
Psu: 850 watt evga platinum
