Question Crashing

My system's on my signature, so basically I ran MemTest86 on my memory. Passed with flying colours. When I ran it on my CPU, I got 2k+ errors with binary and cores 0, 2, 4 and 6. It's crashed multiple times today. Suggestions?

check for bend pin, overheating?

No overheating, I doubt it's a bent pin considering I haven't moved it from its socket for nearly a year and this started occuring a month ago. Max temps whilst gaming are 75 Celsius with a 240mm AIO.

So, any advice? Should I just get a Skylake CPU for my Z170 mobo?

is this a new upgrade? bios up to date? chipset driver up to date

No it's 2 years old. I upgraded the BIOS with an old Skylake chip at a hardware repair shop.

I don't know if the BIOS are fully up to date.

existing system. what the idle cpu temp?
my guess would be the motherboard failed.

It's bouncing between 40 - 50C although I live in a hot place and my ambient is around 30 Celsius + I just got out of a gaming session.

Yeah, I read up some reviews about this Mobo and saw that many people complained about it failing after 6 months - 2 years. Will look into it.

sometime thing failed. only way to test it to get another motherboard for testing.
