Did I finally find a use for the Control Undead ability?

The necrophage resists.

The ugly thing zombie submits to your will.
The redback zombie submits to your will.
The wight submits to your will.

The ones behind me (to the right) were already mine, to the left I
whacked a few buggers to get into the position to try this on as
many undead as possible. Controlling most of the room is amusing,
but is it all that useful an action? They don't actually stay
charmed...

Where is one supposed to use this ability?

Yes, but the tougher mummies (mummy priests and the like) are
effectively immune.
