[crawl] mottled dragon skin

Hi,
Is crawl like nethack/slashem/etc where a scroll of enchant armor will
convert a skin/hide/scales into armor? I've killed and skinned a mottled
dragon, will the skin ever be anything other than a skin?

Yes.
