Crazy FPS Drop in games

Okay so, I've had my laptop for about 2 years now and recently my fps has dropped from a steady 40 fps to crazy low numbers like 5 or so. Although the numbers do fluctuate from time to time the games are still unplayable. This has forced me to play ALL my games on low which still seems to have no effect on my fps. For example. I'll be playing a game of League of Legends (This doesn't only apply to League this happens in all my games) and get a good steady fps of around 40 on LOW. Then after a few seconds my fps will drop to 2 for a couple minutes, go back to 40 for a couple seconds then back to 2. I have tried de-fragging my laptop, scanning for viruses and keeping my overall memory to under half with no success. I have created a pastebin - (http://pastebin.com/1XPeYHdc) that details all my specs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hmm, I don't see your 635m listed in your display devices, but I do see it reported in system devices. I can't think exactly where you will check to see what is being used, maybe display settings? You may have a problem with your GPU or it may have driver problems, you could try reinstalling. Also, how clean is the laptop? Heat issues could cause FPS drops, have you checked your temps?

I have tried most of the things you have recommended before, but to no avail. My laptops temps are here http://puu.sh/9Vj6Q/815a8895b4.png

This (http://puu.sh/9VjSu/2350c4c0fe.png) makes it seem like I'm using the on board one. Any way to change it?
Edit: The computer seems pretty clean from dust.
Another edit: Does this mean anything? (http://puu.sh/9Vl0D/b6d4fd0768.png)
