crazy frame drops in bf4

Whenever im playing bf4 i get these crazy frame drops and i really dont know where it comes from. Before I didnt have this problem it just appeared out of nowhere. I was having a nice and stable 80-90 fps with everything maxed out and stuff and even 120 fps without Ani-Aliasing.
Now i still get 120 FPS but it sometimes freezes for like 2 seconds, fps drops to 30-50 and then it goes back to 120. My build is:
i7 4770k @ 3.5ghz
sapphire trii x R 290 core clock
msi z97 g43 mobo
8gb ram 1600mhz speed
Plz guys what is this? i also runned furmark and i was getting stable 70 fps with everything maxed and without drops on the benchmark there. Is something wrong with my GPU or is it maybe BF4

this is a game issue that a lot of people expirence i fixed mine by refreshing my pc and now it doesnt do this for me anymore you can do refresh pc and does not delete anything personal

What do you mean by refresh pc is that some sort of program? Could you send a link maybe?

No i am running windows 7.

windows 7 cannot be refrshed the other best option is uninstalling the game than download http://www.iobit.com/advancedsystemcareper.php run it select everything scan than repair and download the game again because the file fixes registry errors or other errors that causes it
